GoBuddy Shop LLC aims to deliver orders within 5–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier availability, product size and weight, and whether freight delivery is required.

Please note:

• The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders may require processing time before shipment.

• Tracking information will be provided when available.

• Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Freight shipments may require delivery appointments or additional coordination.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is confirmed in writing. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
